Foundations Class at BMS Warehouse Gym: From Newcomer to FX-Ready

Are you brand new to fitness or looking to take your training to the next level? Our Foundations
Class is designed to help you build the strength, mobility, and confidence you need to thrive in
FX (functional fitness) training.

At BMS Warehouse Gym, we understand that starting something new can feel intimidating, but
we’ve created a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone can succeed, no
matter their fitness level. This class is specifically tailored for beginners and those transitioning
into FX-style workouts, providing a strong foundation for your fitness journey.
What You Can Expect:
– Expert Coaching Our experienced coaches will guide you through each movement, ensuring
you learn proper form and technique. They’ll also help you progress at your own pace.
– Progressive Programming: The class structure gradually builds intensity and complexity as
you get stronger and more confident. We’ll introduce you to essential functional movements
such as squats, lunges, kettlebell swings, and push-ups.
– Core Strength & Mobility Focus: A key component of FX training is building a strong core and
improving joint mobility. You’ll work on exercises that enhance flexibility, stability, and overall
body control, which are crucial for safe and eUective movement.
– Personalized Attention: With small class sizes, you’ll receive individual attention to address
your unique needs and goals, whether you’re looking to improve posture, increase strength, or
build endurance.
– Fitness Education: Learn about the “why” behind each exercise and gain a deeper
understanding of how functional training benefits your everyday life, from lifting groceries to
improving athletic performance.

Class Details:

Starting 2nd December 2024

Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8pm to 9pm
– Duration: 4 weeks (with ongoing enrolment)
– Frequency: Three sessions per week
– Capacity: Small class size for personalized attention (Max 6)
– Who It’s For: Absolute beginners or those looking to transition into FX-style functional fitness
training
